Settled at 864 m. of altitude,the village of Auronzo extends for more than 8 km in the bigger valley of Cadore. It consist of many little villages: Cima Gogna, Cella, Villapiccola, Riziò, Reane, Pause, Ligonto, Giralba, S.Marco, Misurina and thanks to its forests it has the bigger Italian city territorie.
 If you are searching for a relaxing holiday , nothing is better than a walk around the lake, with its pubs with swimming pool, little beach and boat rental service.
 In August the lake became the scene of many events like the world boat championship.
Moving towards Misurina you can visit Palus S.Marco and make a walk through the Somadida Forest, donate in 1463 from Cadore to Venice to make its famous boat .

Misurina settled at 1755 m. maybe is the best alpine village in the dolomites thanks to its beautifull lake, surrounded by some of the best mountains in the Alps, like the Piz Popena, the Cristallino, the Tre cime di Lavaredo, the Sorapis with its glacier,the Marmarole.During the winter it starts the famous "Polo Tournament" and they play it on the frozen lake!
